Acknowledgments

This website showcases a joint digitisation project between the Central Archives for the History of the Jewish People (CAHJP, in future Archives of the Jewish People) and the Hamburg State Archives (StaHH). Neither the website nor the project as a whole would have been possible without the willingness of the participating institutions to cooperate, nor without the long-standing dedication of the individuals who initiated and supported the project. On behalf of the IGdJ, we would like to thank Prof. Dr. Miriam Rürup (MMZ) for her initiative and exceptional commitment, as well as Dr. Yochai Ben-Ghedalia, Inka Arroyo Antezana, Pnina Younger (CAHJP), Dr. Christine Axer, Jenny Kotte (StAHH) and Dr. Udo Schäfer (formerly StAHH) for their professional collaboration in the development of the website, and to all others involved in the project.
